Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear & Nightwear and certain Accessories (if applicable, such as items that come in direct contact with the skin) unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. All sales of these products are final.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
