Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return or exchange. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection, as you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
