Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx)
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Timeline: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  2. Free Shipping (EMS) – For orders over $50
    • Cost: Free
    • Delivery Timeline: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The return must be initiated within the 15-day window.

Important Note on Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following product categories unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Underwear & Nightwear
  • Certain Accessories that come in direct contact with the skin (e.g., scarves, certain hats).

All sales of these products are final. We appreciate your understanding.

Return & Exchange Process

To ensure a seamless experience, please follow these steps:

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of receipt, contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, include the original invoice, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow the following time for the refund to appear in your account:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
